<p>The 8.7 Alpine Sender Dry climbing rope from Mammut is an extremely thin and lightweight alpine climbing rope with triple certification - so it is not only versatile and suitable for all seasons, but also impresses with its great handling.<br></p><p>This is thanks to the small diameter and a particularly smoothly woven sheath. The Sender also has a water and dirt-repellent dry finish, thanks to which the rope rubs off even less and absorbs very little water.</p><p>The 8.7 Alpine Sender Dry used to be called "Serenity Dry" - so it's a tried and tested style with a new name.<br></p>A high sheath content of 36% makes the Alpine Sender abrasion-resistant and durable, while the low rope weight of just 51 grams per meter makes it easy to use the rope for mountaineering and alpine climbing. At the same time, it can also be used as an ultra-light single rope on the most difficult ascents, where every gram counts.
