This prevents the foot from tipping on the pedal and significantly increases control and power transmission.</p><p>The special climbing and pedal zones on the reinforced SUPTraction sole offer you sufficient grip everywhere, whether you're on the way to the summit with your bike on your back or on the home trails in Scottish conditions.&nbsp;</p><p>The rubberized heel and reinforced toe cap together with the asymmetrically shaped shaft protect your foot perfectly from roots, stones, and crank contact. In addition, the cushioning EVA midsole provides more comfort by reducing shocks and vibrations.</p><p>The closure system of Quicklace lacing and the extra-wide velcro fastener allows you to adjust the shoe individually in different zones.</p><p>The ION Rascal AMP is compatible with all common clipless pedal systems.</p>
